We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Site Manager to join our dedicated and supportive school staff team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a popular and successful local school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the school site is clean, safe, and secure.
  • Perform maintenance, minor repairs, and refurbishment tasks.
  • Oversee and collaborate with cleaning staff to maintain high standards.
  • Promote health and safety across the school.
  • Supervise external contractors for repairs and improvement projects.
  • Manage out-of-hours lettings of school facilities.

What We Offer:

  • Exclusive On-Site Living Opportunity: For the right candidate, we offer the potential availability of a well-maintained 3-bedroom bungalow on the school grounds, allowing you to be part of a close-knit, vibrant school community.
  • A Thriving, Community-Oriented Environment: Nestled in the picturesque town of Beaconsfield, our school community is warm, welcoming, and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for students and staff alike.
  • A Beautiful and Well-Maintained School Site: You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of spaces within a beautiful, well-kept site, offering a dynamic work environment that is both fulfilling and rewarding.
  • Supportive and Committed Team: Be part of a passionate staff team that works together to foster an inclusive, positive, and enriching educational experience for all students.

We’re looking for a candidate with experience in a similar role and/or within a school environment, though this is not essential. You should be familiar with Health & Safety regulations and confident in carrying out routine maintenance and repairs, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

You will be the face of the school in any interactions with visitors, so excellent communication skills are important. While you will receive direction, you should also have the ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and contribute to our school’s ethos of care, respect, and community spirit.

If you are someone who thrives in a supportive, vibrant team and are ready to take on a rewarding, pro-active hands-on role that truly makes a difference in the daily life of the school, we would love to hear from you!

Visits to the school are encouraged.
