SPONSORED WALK - Thursday 26th September 2013

The sun shone for our Sponsored Walk this year as the children completed 400m laps of the school field.  It is always inspiring to

see the children striving to achieve personal goals whether it was a number of laps for a certificate, a personal best or the school record.  Amazingly 30 children walked 40 laps (16km or 10 miles) or more, while 4 managed 50 or more, including Max Patton in his final year at Butlers Court who set a new record of 63 laps.
 

All the children are to be congratulated on their efforts.  The boy and girl in each year who completed the most laps:
