Chiltern Music Academy - Y5
On Friday 26th January Year 5 hosted a singing event in the hall, run by the CHiltern Music Academy. We were joined by 4 other schools. St Pauls, Great Missenden, Holtspur, Ash Hill. 8 pupils from Butlers Court, Mishka, Amy, Georgia, Audrey, Max, William, Thomas and Oscar acted as school hosts and helped our visitors to find their way around. Our teachers were, Mrs Marsh, Mrs Venvell and our pianist was Mr Lane. We sang: Jungle Song, Lady Dressed in White and Flash,Bang,Wallop from ‘Half a Sixpence.’ We added actions to the songs and performed them to a small audience at the end, where Christobel, Samuel and Oscar introduced them. All the the Yr 5 pupils were highly praised for their enthusiastic participation and excellent manners and behaviour.
We were sad when they had to go, because we had had so much FUN!
